Sometimes I feel like those little goldfish to my right...swimming around in circles and running into the walls. It's always go go go. Well last week I tried something new. My alarm went off at my usual time of 5 am but instead of hitting snooze, I got up and got ready. So I had a half hour to kill before I had to leave. I titied up the house, prepped dinner and even sat for 10 minutes in SILENCE. It was so so hard BUT I reaped it's benefits throughout the day. Try it!!
